Founded in 1997 by Sean Simms, SKS Studio is a full-service master planning and landscape architecture firm specializing in large-scale mixed-use, destination entertainment, and hospitality projects across more than 40 countries. Since becoming part of The Stonewall Group, the firm has achieved growth exceeding 30% in both net service revenue and profitability, while expanding its domestic operations and strengthening its international presence in Dubai.
